The sweetheart table is the centerpiece of the wedding reception. It's the place where the newlyweds will dine on their first meal as husband and wife. It should reflect the style of the wedding and the happy couple.

Our Client wanted a 50th Birthday Theme that fit her personality. Her 17 year old daughter suggested a heart theme because according to her , her mom loves everyone. 

So we developed an event around the signs of love: hearts,roses,candles and of course red.

Tent Decor

With Summer fast approaching many events will be held outdoors under beautiful tents. Here are a few tips to make sure your tent is as beautiful as your day .

Cover tent poles with greenery and flowers .

Drape tent ceilings with colorful fabric.

Use unique and interesting chandeliers as center focal points .

Hang colorful lanterns in various patterns.

  Drape  flowing fabric  around pillars .

Quick Spring Centerpieces

Spring is here and so are  afternoon teas, brunches and luncheons at home. After cleaning and cooking many leave decor to the very last minute. Here are a few quick centerpiece ideas that can be done with household items and flowers from the garden.

Wine and Roses- we used single rose heads , tea leaf and wine glasses to create these cute and simple centerpieces.

 Submerged Flowers -Here a single orchid in any glass vase paired with colored sand and a tealights adds a simple yet elegant touch to an affair .

 Chinaware- Use pretty teapots or mugs like this as a festive accent to the table at your next event.

 Food Color-Food coloring goes a long way when it comes to simple centerpieces. Add a few drops of your favorite color for unexpected eye candy at your table.

 Topiaries- Create a mini topiary using garden roses and greenery , a mini pot,  and ribbon.

Brown Sugar Love-Jennifer Rose Event Design Featured on WE TV!

We enjoy making every brides dream come true on her wedding day by producing the perfect event. But rarely does Jennifer Rose Event Design get the opportunity to share the intimate details from behind the scenes with millions of viewers!

Which is we couldn’t have been more honored to coordinate the wedding for Ashanti and Geoffery, whose wedding was recently featured on Bridezillas.

Bridezillas is currently in its ninth successful season. Per a recent WE TV press release, “…this season the brides are beautiful but their behavior is not to be believed.” The popular show highlights two brides per episode, documenting the trials and tribulations of what it takes for each bride to walk down the aisle.

The premier of the episode which features the wedding of couple Ashanti and Geoffery, coordinated by Jennifer Rose Event Design, initially aired July 8, 2012, and will continue to air throughout this season.

Jennifer Rose Event Design was thrilled to plan a wedding for Ashanti and Geoffery. Much like the couple, the event was full of surprises and there was never a dull moment! The wedding theme was Brown Sugar Love, and with a budget of under $8,000, we creatively reined in Ashanti’s decadent choices, while maintaining her wishes to have a personalized and romantic wedding.

The outcome was a beautiful day, but not without a little excitement and drama, (check it out for yourself on WE TV!)
