Lavender Love: A Springtime Wedding Ceremony

Last weekend the Jennifer Rose Design Team provided floral and decor for a Spring Love Affair. The wedding was held in beautiful San Pedro. Guests overlooked the Cabrillo Marina  as the two love birds exchanged vows.

With summer fast approaching many brides are planning tropical and beach side nuptials. Here are a few beachy touches that will add a little something special to any ocean side wedding.

Use sea stars to embellish invitations and menu cards



Palm trees can be used as exotic and inexpensive centerpieces

Royal Wedding on a Budget

Plan your own version of a royal wedding on a budget. Use Kate's regal, simple and elegant theme and a little creativity and you can plan a wedding fit for a prince and princess. Visit your local carpet company for red carpet remnants. Rent plants from your local florist or decor company to create a breathtaking look down the center aisle. Create your own signature crest using fee logo making sites on the Internet. Don't forget the dress.  Scour local second hand stores or resale stores for vintage lace dresses or visit your local bridal salon for a simple dress and  hire a seamstress to add personal touches. Follow these steps and you're own your way to planning the fairytale wedding of your dreams.

Blue,Green, Pink , Oh My- 50th Birthday Pops with Bold Colors

Using bold colors for an event sets the tone and atmosphere for fun! Last week Jennifer Rose Events created a colorful 50th Birthday Party. My client wanted her guests to party all night long. We used lighting, color and a signature logo to create an atmosphere of excitement. The guest of honor and her guests danced the night away.
